When you first sign up for the service, the first thing you do is answer a survey. Like earth flavorings? They'll suggest wines that match that flavor profile. Like fruity wines? Guess what they'll suggest? Just six questions to help identify your Palate Profile.
After you fill out the profile, you get your suggestions, assuming you live in a location they can ship to. You can then pick their suggestions or go your own route, or any mix in between. When I sampled their service, I tried two of theirs and two of mine. You need to pick at least three each month you are to receive wines from the service. Each wine has a price assigned to it and you pay accordingly, starting at $13 each. It is that simple.

I tried out all the wines I received. I'm not keen on the earthy flavors, no mushrooms or chocolates, and neither their suggestions nor my picks were of that type. I actually liked all the wines. Your tastes will more than likely be different than mine, and there will most likely be different wines available if you try the service, but all were enjoyable by myself and several others at the office, hence the plastic glasses. Try to avoid drinking wine out of plastic wine glasses if you can avoid it.
